I’m obsessed with Pinterest. How could I not? It’s a virtual pin board for all the fun things you find online. I found this the other day and thought it would be a great post for Wellness Wednesday. It’s a step by step, simple plan on how to blend your own green drinks. I’m a personal fan on Green smoothies post run.
While I have not tried many of these combinations, the idea of each step makes perfect sense.
I just started using Pinterest, it’s so addicting! Haha and I’ve seen this Green Tea smoothie formula on there too 🙂 I usually drink chocolate milk after a run!
I love chocolate milk after a run sometimes too! Great blend of sugar, carbs, and protein.
